Every item placed in our storage locations requires bar codes. We charge AED 0.5 for every item to be bar coded. If products arrive already barcoded, there is no extra cost.

OUR CORE SERVICES
RECEIVING
This includes cost to receive your items into our distribution center. You send us a packing list together with your physical items. Based on your requirements, we unpack or store away your products in our storage locations. Each location is tracked through our WMS system to ensure granular tracking and safety.
STORAGE
This is our cost to store your products in our warehouse. We charge a flat charge per location/CBM, prorated to amount of usage in a month (min. full day is charged)
PICK & PACK
This is our pick and pack service. You send us an order; we retrieve the order items from the storage locations and prepare/pack them for shipment.
RETURNS
This is our cost to process a customer return. This includes inspection and re-storage in to proper storage locations with inventory adjustments. Any damages will be highlighted and put aside for your guidance. Any repairs will be charged at actuals based on your instructions.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
This is our fee to manage your account. This includes billing, statements and client support. The fee will be adjusted towards current utilized services. Any over utilization will be charged at prices in the above table.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
If any products arrive separately and require bundling or assembly, we charge AED 50 per hour of labor. For E.g. Shampoo + Conditioner
We can provide solutions to create custom packaging for your products. We will provide a custom quote based on your requirements.
Our current pricing is based on handling of packages less than 10KG and any package less than 70cm on L/D/W. Any excess will require a custom quotation.
